Mr. Casto focuses his practice on the defense of product liability lawsuits involving tires, machinery, power tools, industrial and agricultural equipment, asbestos and mass torts. Mr. Casto also works in the area of probate and trust litigation. He has extensive trial experience throughout the State of Ohio and across the United States. Mr. Casto is known for regularly incorporating the creative use of technology during complex litigation and the presentation of evidence at trial.
