Mr. Coyne focuses his practice on real estate transactional law and condominium law, throughout the country. Mr. Coyne has been involved in real estate transactions in representing developer clients and owners in a wide array of issues, from acquisition, to financing, to leasing. Mr. Coyne also has extensive experience working with railroads on acquisitions and various property and facility agreements.

  • Represents homeowner associations and condominium associations in governance matters.
  • Extensive experience in multi-family acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.
  • Represents clients in transaction structuring, entity formation, project financing, and development issues.
  • Involved in real estate transactions in over 25 states.
  • Represents developers of commercial and residential condominiums.
  • Involved in negotiating local and multi-jurisdictional real estate development joint venture agreements.
  • Represents clients with leasing issues (retail, commercial, industrial, governmental).
  • Hotel development, acquisition, and financing.
  • Involved in railroad line acquisitions involving Class I railroads; has negotiated property-related agreements and joint facility agreements; and has worked on developing a commuter rail system with governmental authorities.
