Mr. Crow, Chair of the firm's tax group, focuses his practice primarily on representing both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions; hedge fund formation; private equity fund formation; and general corporate matters. His practice also focuses on private wealth management, estate planning and general taxpayer representation. Mr. Crow represents a variety of privately and publicly held companies in connection with merger, acquisitions, split-offs and other tax sensitive matters, and has also represented various companies in structuring joint ventures and partnerships. |
