He specializes in federal income taxation of partnerships, corporations, real estate transactions and has extensive experience in complex business contract analysis. Mr. Daniels practice also has a concentrated focus on healthcare which includes experience in federal and state health care laws, anti-kickback and anti-referral laws, provider licensing and corporate, tax, securities and federal and state regulatory matters as it relates to physicians, physicians groups and other non-institutional health care companies. |
