Ms. Turoff practices in the areas of labor and employment, public and government law, banking and auto finance, general business and litigation. She has successfully defended cases alleging discrimination, harassment and false arrest, as well as a variety of business litigation matters. She has also engaged in preventing and defending multi-state auto finance and vehicle repossession matters, as well as fair credit litigation. Previously, Ms. Turoff served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Cuyahoga County where she gained trial experience. Having worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Ohio Senate, and Cuyahoga County, Ms. Turoff has acquired valuable insight into the government and legislative process on a local, state and national level. Additionally, her experience has lead her overseas, where she has established international business and government relationships. |
