Mr. Pangrace's practice focuses primarily on litigation in the employment area. He has represented employers in discrimination and retaliation suits and advised clients on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour compliance. Mr. Pangrace also represents both state-funded and self-insured employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at the administrative level and before the courts on appeal. Additionally, he has advised clients on matters involving auto finance, vehicle repossession, and transportation service agreements.
