Mr. Cooper's practice is focused in the area of defending workers' compensation claims and all related litigation. He represents and counsels large and small companies before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and has litigated numerous disputes at all levels of Ohio trial and appellate courts. Mr. Cooper's clients have included corporations and individuals in the manufacturing, retail, construction, and energy and utilities industries.
