Quality of Life Committee
In an industry known for quality of life issues within the work environment, Roetzel stands apart from many law firms. Formation of our Quality of Life Committee was a proactive way to prevent our firm from facing the same problems. Our attorneys and staff work hard, but also appreciate the value of making work an enjoyable place to be during the day.
The two main goals of the Quality of Life Committee are to provide services and events that promote fellowship among our employees, as well as create a work environment which emphasizes the "personal" side of business. As a result, the Committee sponsors a variety of events and provides services throughout the year including: fellowship lunches; TGIF parties; office breakfasts; chair massages; employee family events (such as hayrides, picnics, amusement park outings, and bowling); flu shots for employee health screenings; a children's holiday party; and office holiday parties.
