Ms. Moore focuses her practice on real estate matters and represents and counsels both buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords, tenants, developers and lenders in all aspects of real estate matters including: acquisitions and sales; commercial and residential leasing; financing, drafting and reviewing purchase contracts, loan documents, title documents, organization agreements, easements and construction contracts; and ownership issues related to submerged lands. She also represents and counsels lenders in financial transactions and distressed loan situations. Ms. Moore also has extensive experience litigating real estate matters including contract disputes and commercial and residential leasing disputes.

Representative Matters

Represents and counsels lenders in negotiating and closing out-of-court workouts of distressed loans through loan assignments, debt restructuring, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and short sales
Represents commercial and residential developers in real property acquisitions and sales
Represented and counseled owners of upland properties in real estate disputes involving sovereignty submerged land issues
Represented lenders in litigation and collection matters including the foreclosure of condominium projects and commercial properties
Represents and counsels landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters including negotiating and drafting leases, enforcing lease provisions, and obtaining judgments for accelerated rents
