Mr. Cooper's practice is focused in the area of defending workers' compensation claims and all related litigation. He represents and counsels large and small companies before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and has litigated numerous disputes at all levels of Ohio trial and appellate courts. Mr. Cooper's clients have included corporations and individuals in the manufacturing, retail, construction, and energy and utilities industries.

Mr. Cooper is a member of Toledo, Cleveland, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from The University of Toledo, College of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in 1994 from Heidelberg College.
