(CLEVELAND, OH, March 29, 2010) - The law firm of Roetzel & Andress LPA is pleased to announce that it has elevated seven of its partners to leadership positions as part of the firm's ongoing strategy to best serve the needs of its national client base. Robert E. Blackham, Robert B. Casarona and Michael S. Yashko have been named national practice group chairs. On a regional level, Bradley A. Wright will serve as leader of the firm's Transportation practice group, and Helen S. Carroll and Lewis W. Adkins, Jr. will co-chair the Public Law practice group. Additionally, Douglas E. Spiker has been appointed partner-in-charge of the firm's Cleveland office, replacing Mr. Blackham.

Robert E. Blackham Mr. Blackham will oversee Roetzel & Andress' Creditors' Rights; Employment Services; Environmental, Health and Safety; Intellectual Property; Medical Defense/Health Care; and Transportation practice groups.
Robert B. Casarona Mr. Casarona will manage the firm's Business Litigation, Product Liability and Toxic Tort, and Public Law practice groups.
Michael S. Yashko Mr. Yashko will oversee the firm's Corporate and Business Services, and Real Estate practice groups. Bradley A. Wright As regional leader of Roetzel & Andress' Transportation Group, Mr. Wright will continue to expand the firm's scope of legal services offered to the transportation industry and further promote Roetzel & Andress' Emergency Response and Crisis Management team, which provides immediate response capabilities to a wide variety of industrial and transportation clients.
Helen S. Carroll and Lewis W. Adkins, Jr. Ms. Carroll and Mr. Adkins will oversee Roetzel & Andress' Public Law practice group, which develops solutions for clients' immediate legal and government relations' issues at federal, state and local levels. The firm's clients in this sector include Fortune 200 companies, trade associations, counties, cities, villages, school districts, public utilities, universities, libraries, townships, port authorities and other governmental entities.
Douglas E. Spiker As partner-in-charge of the firm's Cleveland office, Mr. Spiker will direct and manage the office's growth, which includes broadening the firm's client base and recruiting attorneys to serve the firm's regional and national clients.
