Sean Ellis Named President-Elect of Southwest Florida Attorney Real Estate Council
Roetzel is pleased to announce that Sean M. Ellis has been named President-Elect of the Southwest Florida Attorney Real Estate Council. The Attorney’s Real Estate Councils of Florida or Florida ARECS is a coalition of 20 local real estate councils (RECS) across the state representing nearly 1,000 real estate attorneys. Florida ARECs provides a one of kind opportunity for real estate attorneys to learn together, connect with consumers, Realtors®, lenders and other real estate professionals to create a strong network of professionals.
Mr. Ellis concentrates his practice on real estate law, including sales and leasing, purchases and development, association documents and plat review, and closing and title services. In this regard, his clients have included local and national residential and commercial real estate developers, retail/commercial landlords and tenants, financial institutions, and government entities. He also focuses his practice on condominium and community association law, assisting both residential and commercial associations in all aspects of the operations, including collections, interpretation of governing documents and drafting amendments to documents, covenant enforcement, condominium terminations, and compliance with Florida statutes and regulations.
