Overview

Ben’s practice is focused in the areas of energy law and real estate, with an emphasis on oil, natural gas, solar energy, wind energy and related activities. He represents and counsels clients in a number of settings including lease negotiations, land use agreements, mineral ownership and curative work, drilling opinions, and related litigation at both the trial and appellate level. In addition to his involvement in traditional areas of energy law, he has experience in developing and implementing wealth transfer and succession planning strategies to limit tax and liability exposure.
