Marcus’s practice focuses on defending employers in an array of general employment matters, with an emphasis on workers’ compensation claims and related litigation. He has extensive experience before the Industrial Commission throughout the state of Ohio. Marcus has also handled both civil litigation and appellate work in the area of workers’ compensation. He represents clients in the manufacturing, retail, and energy and utilities industries. 

Marcus resides in Cleveland and is an avid Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians fan.
