Construction Litigation

Overview | Representative Services | Representative Matters

The Construction Litigation attorneys at Roetzel & Andress help our clients address the fast-moving and often times confrontational construction issues and construction claims they face. Members of our group have litigated construction cases in every forum, including federal and state courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies and appeal boards. We represent private and public owners, developers, public entities, insurance companies, financial institutions, general and specialty contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, design professionals, engineers, and suppliers.

Our Construction Litigation attorneys are experienced at handling complicated situations surrounding construction site accidents, job site safety, property damage, changed conditions, professional negligence, and related concerns. We also coordinate immediate response teams for catastrophic accidents involving severe property damage due to structural failures, mechanical failures, collapses, cave-ins, or other causes. We assist clients who have experienced an injury or accident that results in an OSHA investigation or are subjected to an OSHA on-site investigation, from initial inspection through closing conference and into administrative litigation, if necessary. We help clients secure and preserve relevant evidence, retain appropriate experts and consultants, and deal with governmental investigations.
