Roger focuses on the areas of commercial litigation and business reorganization, with extensive experience in workouts, debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and receivership matters. His clients have included debtors, creditors, trustees, landlords, equipment lessors, distributors, and potential purchasers.

Representative Matters

  • Served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee, state court receiver, and trustee of a bankruptcy liquidation trust
  • Represented Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 trustees, creditors' committees, Chapter 7 trustees, asset purchasers, preference defendants, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, landlords, lessors and licensors in many different bankruptcy cases
  • Prosecuted and defended against fraudulent transfer claims arising from failed leveraged buyouts
  • Represented creditors, debtors, mortgage holders and landlords in many state court foreclosure, replevin, receivership, eviction and collection cases
  • Represented lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers in many out of court workout situations
