Columbus attorney Christopher Tackett was selected by the American Bar Association to publish his article: The High Risks of Neglecting Fiduciary Duties in Start-Up Firms in the Journal of the ABA’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee. Mr. Tackett’s article provides an overview on the fiduciary duties owed by members of corporate boards, with a focus on unique obstacles to compliance that confront board members of venture-capital-backed companies.
