For nearly a decade, we have focused on the “reptile approach” as a method that plaintiffs have used to persuade juries to award large verdicts based on protectionism. Unlike the reptile, psychodrama is used to bring an accident to life in the courtroom and to gain empathy and a sense of corrective action from a jury.
