CHICAGO (July 8, 2019) -- Roetzel & Andress LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Clott as an associate in the Business Litigation Group in the firm's Chicago office.
Mr. Clott's practice is focused in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on disputes involving the formation of business organizations, contractual disputes, and shareholder derivative claims. He represents and counsels small and large businesses, as well as directors, shareholders, and corporate officers. Mr. Clott has also represented municipal governmental entities, insurers, and individuals. Mr. Clott has extensive experience litigating matters in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration.
Mr. Clott received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his B.A. in political science from Illinois Wesleyan University. During law school, Mr. Clott also served as the executive editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review Journal.
