Roetzel & Andress LPA has bolstered its Southwest Florida litigation practice with the addition of prominent local attorney Jamie B. Schwinghamer.
Ms. Schwinghamer, based in the firm’s Naples office, joins Roetzel as a shareholder in the Business Litigation Group.

Ms. Schwinghamer focuses her practice in the areas of probate, trust, guardianship and complex commercial litigation. She provides clients with strategic counseling, business, and legal advice on a variety of matters including, but not limited to: will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, trust modification, revocation and termination, surcharge and removal proceedings, guardianships, guardianship litigation, business, commercial and real estate litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes and appeals.
Ms. Schwinghamer earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Miami School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2002. Ms. Schwinghamer is active professionally as a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, where she currently serves on the Executive Council, the Probate Law & Procedure Committee, the Probate Litigation Committee and the Guardianship & Power of Attorney Committee. She is also a member of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association Board of Directors, where she serves as the Board Secretary and the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee.
