Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that David A. Ferris has joined the Columbus office as a Partner in the firm’s Transportation & Logistics practice group. Mr. Ferris has practiced law in central Ohio for his entire career and focuses primarily in the fields of telecommunications, transportation, hazardous materials, real property, and construction. He has significant experience handling all facets of litigation, administrative applications and proceedings, complex contract negotiations, and business disputes.

Mr. Ferris’ representative clients include internet technology companies, incumbent and competitive telecom providers, wireless telecom providers, trucking companies, logistics providers, shippers, manufactured housing operators, commercial real property developers and investors, and general contractors. He has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and federal and state courts in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. Mr. Ferris also has significant experience representing clients before administrative agencies, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Labor, and Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
