Environmental Land Use Attorney Beverly Grady to Present at Brownfield Symposium

Environmental and land use attorney Beverly Grady will be a presenter at the 1st Annual Southwest Florida Brownfield Symposium on March 1, 2013. Ms. Grady, Partner-in-Charge of Roetzel’s Fort Myers office will present a program entitled, “Community Planning Decision to Designate Brownfield Area,” as well as participate in panel discussions on other Brownfield contamination issues. The symposium is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at the Joseph P. D’Alessandro Bldg., 2295 Victoria Avenue in Fort Myers. 

Ms. Grady’s practice includes representing clients, including marinas, developers of master planned communities, utilities, and local governments in the area of environmental, water management and resource issues, real estate, land use and zoning, permitting, administrative hearings, comprehensive plan amendments, code enforcement and local and state government issues.

In addition to numerous accolades in land use, environmental and real estate issues, Ms. Grady was named Fort Myers Litigation - Land Use & Zoning "Lawyer of the Year" by The Best Lawyers in America® (2012).
