Erika Haupt to Speak at Charleston Estate Planning Council Meeting

Roetzel's Columbus office Partner-in-Charge, Erika Haupt, will speak to the Charleston Estate Planning Council during a meeting held on Thursday, October 23, 2014. Ms. Haupt will address the group on the subject of Ohio Legacy Trusts.

The meeting, held at the Edgewood Country Club in Charleston, West Virginia, begins at 5:00 p.m.

In addition to her duties as Partner-in-Charge, Ms. Haupt conducts a thriving practice focused on wealth transfer and estate planning matters, including business succession planning and all aspects of tax and business planning for owners of closely held businesses. She also counsels clients on general corporate, tax, transactional, and financing matters; estate and trust administration; fiduciary litigation; issues relating to both charitable and non-charitable tax-exempt organizations; and the drafting and negotiation of premarital agreements. Her clients include individuals; closely held, emerging and family businesses; a variety of corporations and other business entities; charities; nonprofit institutions; and professional practices.
