John Joyce Joins Roetzel's Real Estate Law Practice

Roetzel is pleased to announce that John R. Joyce has joined the Chicago office as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Law Practice. Joyce focuses his practice primarily in real estate transactions and assists his clients in solving complex real estate problems.

“We are excited to have John Joyce on our Real Estate team in the Chicago office. John’s knowledge and experience with the local Chicago real estate market adds depth to Roetzel’s already solid real estate practice,” said James V. Inendino, Partner in Charge of the Chicago office.

Joyce represents developers through acquisition, financing, construction and final disposition of development projects. He is very familiar with all aspects of the development process, including land use, environmental and tax issues. Joyce is also experienced in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, residential and commercial development, condominium conversions, zoning, leasing, loan documentation and loan workout. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Law School and earned his B.A. from Loyola University.
