Roetzel & Andress announced today that Justin J. Kirk has joined the firm’s Business Litigation Group as an associate in its Naples office.
Kirk joins Roetzel after working as a litigator in a Michigan firm representing clients in complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on business litigation. He regularly defended his clients in all mediums of litigation, including in court appearances and depositions.
Kirk earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan. In law school, Kirk was selected to take part in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, a rigorous two-year immersive curriculum where students get real-world experience in pre-trial and trial practice.
While pursuing his education, Kirk gained experience as a judicial intern for Judge George Steeh, U.S. District Court, as a legislative intern for Congressman Paul Mitchell, U.S. House of Representatives, and as an intern for the House Administration Committee, U.S. House of Representatives.
