Adinolfi has been named as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Akron Area Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (“Akron Area SHRM”). Adinolfi, a partner in the Employment Services Practice Group at the firm’s Akron office, focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, regulatory compliance, and union matters. She has represented her clients in matters such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation, wage and hour litigation, arbitration proceedings, and appeals and administrative proceedings before the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor.
