Karen Adinolfi Receives The University of Akron School of Law John R. Quine Award

Roetzel & Andress LPA shareholder Karen D. Adinolfi has received the John R. Quine Award from The University of Akron School of Law. The award is presented annually to the adjunct professor of law who has most successfully combined a practical approach to the teaching of law with a scholarly approach to the private practice of law.  

An Akron Law alumna, Ms. Adinolfi is an experienced labor and employment counselor and trial attorney, having handled numerous cases for the firm’s clients, whether public or private, for-profit, or non-profit, large or small. A past president of the Akron Bar Association (2019-2020), Ms. Adinolfi is active in numerous civic organizations, serving on the board of the Friends of Summit County Metro Parks, and recently served on the boards for the Summit County Historical Society and the Akron Blind Center, serving as Chair of the Board for both organizations. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council, the Ohio Management Lawyers Association and the Ohio Women’s Bar Association.

Ms. Adinolfi earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law, her master’s degree, summa cum laude, from Kent State University and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from The University of Toledo.
