Lisa Lipman Selected into FAWL’s 2020 Class of Leaders in the Law

Roetzel & Andress shareholder, Lisa H. Lipman, has recently been selected into the Florida Association Women Lawyers’ (FAWL) 2020 Class of Leaders in the Law. 

This designation is awarded annually to a select group of attorneys from around the state who have been nominated by their local FAWL chapters and meet the criteria for the recognition. To be named a Leader in the Law, an attorney must have earned the respect of others professionally, been involved in activities for the betterment in her local community, exemplified the qualities of a positive role model, and advanced the cause of women in the community. 

Ms. Lipman leads the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration practice group at Roetzel & Andress, which has offices in Ohio, Illinois, and Florida. She focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, trust administration, and Florida domicile planning. Her clients include many national banks and other corporate fiduciaries requiring representation in matters involving estates and trusts. Ms. Lipman also assists individual clients with all aspects of estate planning and family wealth transfer. 

Ms. Lipman served on the Collier County Women’s Bar Association’s Board of Directors from 2010-2019, and served as the organization’s president in 2018. Ms. Lipman currently serves on the Board of Directors for Artis-Naples. She was selected as a “Florida Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine in 2015, and is a 2018 graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
