Roetzel Chicago Welcomes Attorney Sam Sedaei
Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Sam Sedaei has joined the Chicago office as an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. Mr. Sedaei focuses his practice on all aspects of business litigation. He has experience with a variety of commercial disputes, including RICO, Antitrust law, breach of contract, labor and employment, professional liability, breach of fiduciary duties, and insurance subrogation and defense, among others.

Mr. Sedaei earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2014, where he was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Steven M. Gold of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, and interned with the Division of Judges of the National Labor Relations Board. Following graduation, Mr. Sedaei practiced commercial litigation at two Chicago litigation law firms. Prior to law school, Mr. Sedaei attended Kalamazoo College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and Business and was awarded the Eugene P. Stermer Award in Business Administration.
