Roetzel & Andress is excited to announce the addition of associates Lindsay Casile and Aaron Ross. Casile joined the firm’s Medical Defense Group in Cleveland, while Ross is a member of the Employment Services Group in Columbus.
Casile focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice and medical negligence matters for physicians, hospitals, and various healthcare providers. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Robert Morris University.
Casile is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and was a member of the FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2022.
Ross’s primary focus is in the areas of education, public and administrative law. He has extensive experience with administrative hearings and investigative proceedings, advising governing boards, and providing general counsel on employment and discipline matters related to public sector employees. Ross also has specific experience in conducting and reviewing school-based and administrative investigations. In addition, he has spent a large portion of his career working with both in house and opposing counsel and presenting and providing guidance to professional licensing boards. Ross is skilled at conducting negotiations, and reviewing contractual agreements and uses his experience to help school districts.
Ross obtained his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, and his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
