Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of associate Demari W. Muff to its Business Litigation Group in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Muff’s practice focuses on representing and counseling both large and small businesses in commercial and business-related disputes, construction disputes, as well as any other issues that companies may face leading to litigation.
Prior to Roetzel, Muff worked at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland two years before becoming an associate at a law firm in Cleveland.
Muff earned his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law and a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University. During his time in law school, Muff served as a student law clerk for United States Northern District of Ohio Federal Magistrate Judge Jonathan Greenberg, and he also served on the executive board for both the Black Law Students Association and Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team. While at Case Western he was recognized for his trial advocacy abilities and recognized as the 2019 Black Law Students Association Best advocate in the Midwest and inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2020. Muff also served as a Voting Rights Legal Intern with the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights in Washington, D.C. where he had the opportunity to work with the House Judiciary Committee.
