Roetzel & Andress Continues to Grow Akron Office with Addition of Amy Herman

Roetzel & Andress LPA announced the addition of Amy K. Herman as an associate in its Akron office in the Transportation and Products Liability Group.

Ms. Herman will focus her litigation practice on products liability, transportation, and general negligence defense. With years of experience representing individuals in premise liability, motor vehicle crash, wrongful death and commercial trucking cases. She also has experience in insurance disputes and subrogation matters.

Ms. Herman has served as first-chair during trial, taken numerous depositions and successfully resolved many cases at both mediation and arbitration. She represents clients in Ohio state, and Federal courts.

Ms. Herman received her J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Dayton, cum laude, in Communications and Media Studies.
