Roetzel & Andress Names Four New Shareholders

Roetzel & Andress LPA announced today that Brian T. Bedinghaus, Megan M. Millich, Jennifer A. Nichols and David E. Oeschger, Jr., have been named shareholders at the firm.

Mr. Bedinghaus is a member of the Business Litigation group in Chicago. An experienced litigator, Mr. Bedinghaus represents lenders, loan servicers, property owners, investors, and other business creditors in commercial and consumer disputes involving commercial lending, secured transactions, mortgage foreclosure and commercial leasing. Mr. Bedinghaus attended Boston College and earned his J.D. from Chapman School of Law. 

Ms. Millich works in the Akron office in the Medical Defense/Health Care Litigation group. She focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims for physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers. Ms. Millich graduated from Youngstown State University and went on to earn her J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. 

Ms. Nichols is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Naples, Fla. She focuses her practice on the representation of planned communities, including condominiums, homeowners’ associations and country clubs. She represents community associations in all aspects of their day-to-day operations including compliance with federal law, including the Fair Housing Act, and Florida statutes and regulations. Ms. Nichols has extensive experience in civil litigation, including lien or mortgage foreclosures, property and contract disputes, and landlord tenant issues. She earned her B.A. from Rollins College and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. 

Mr. Oeschger is a member of the Medical Defense/Health Care Litigation Group in Akron. He focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims in the areas of medical malpractice and product liability lawsuits, particularly those involving tires, automobile components, and asbestos. Mr. Oeschger primarily represents health care professionals and institutions including physicians, nurses, nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals in medical malpractice and medical negligence matters. Mr. Oeschger received his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law.
