Roetzel Attorney Beverly Grady Speaks to the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association

On July 26, 2013, Beverly Grady, Partner-in-Charge of Roetzel’s Fort Myers office, will address the 32nd annual seminar of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association (FMAA).  

Ms. Grady will conduct a review of the current state of the law governing municipal comprehensive planning and an overview of the ideas emerging in the wake of recent changes to state law in a session entitled, “Concurrency and Infrastructure Capacity in the Wake of DCA’s Demise.”

Board Certified in City, County & Local Government Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Grady focuses her practice on environmental, zoning and land use, administrative, governmental relations, permitting issues, and real estate matters.
