Roetzel Partner Ronald B. Lee Recertified as a Civil Trial Advocate by The National Board of Trial Advocacy

Roetzel & Andress, LPA is pleased to announce that Ronald B. Lee, a partner in the firm’s Akron office, has successfully achieved recertification as a civil trial advocate by The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).

In order to achieve certification, the NBTA requires that attorneys successfully complete a stringent screening process that includes the demonstration of substantial trial experience, the submission of judicial and peer references that attest to the attorney’s competence, attendance at continuing legal education courses and proof of good standing with the bar in their state or states of admission. Only three percent of American lawyers are board certified.

Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on toxic tort and mass tort as well as general liability defense, litigation, and insurance coverage. He represents a broad spectrum of clients in a wide range of litigation matters including popcorn litigation, lead, chemical exposure, benzene, latex gloves, mold litigation, electrical appliances, cranes, pools, and silica.
