The Chicago office of Roetzel & Andress LPA recently added two attorneys to its staff. Roetzel welcomes back James V. Inendino to its Real Estate Group and welcomes Judith S. Sherwin to its Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group.

Mr. Inendino’s practice is focused on real estate, including real estate finance, workouts, restructurings, and commercial real estate transactions, and on corporate finance, representing financial institutions, commercial lenders, and retail property owners. He received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Carthage College. Mr. Inendino has been an Illinois Leading Lawyer for Real Estate Law since 2008 and is involved in various legal associations including the American College of Investment Council, the Real Estate Investment Association, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
Ms. Sherwin has an extensive health care law background, including expertise in the long-term care/nursing homes sectors, HIPAA compliance, and Medicare/Medicaid fraud. She has been selected as an Illinois Leading Lawyer for Healthcare and her wide-ranging list of professional and community affiliations includes various bar associations, the American Health Lawyers Association, and work with the Jewish Family and Community Service Board of Directors and the Council for Jewish Elderly. Ms. Sherwin earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, M.A.s from University of Chicago Divinity School and The University of Chicago, and a B.A. in political science/psychology from Roosevelt University.View PDF
