Ms. Lipman focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation and guardianship matters. In addition to assisting individual clients with all aspects of estate planning and family wealth transfer, her many clients include national banks and other corporate fiduciaries that require representation in matters involving estates and trusts.

Most recently employed in the Naples office of Gray Robinson, P.A., Ms. Lipman focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation and guardianship matters. In addition to assisting individual clients with all aspects of estate planning and family wealth transfer, her many clients include national banks and other corporate fiduciaries that require representation in matters involving estates and trusts.
Active in the community, Ms. Lipman currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Naples International Film Festival and on the Executive Board of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, her M.S. from Northwestern University and her B.A. from Union College. Ms. Lipman is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts and South Carolina.
