Six Roetzel Florida Partners Receive State Board Recertification

Roetzel is pleased to announce the Florida Bar has recertified six of the firm’s Florida-based partners this month.

Beverly Grady, Partner-in-Charge of the Fort Myers office, was recertified in the areas of City, County and Local Government law. Ms. Grady focuses her practice on environmental, zoning and land use, administrative, governmental relations, and real estate matters. Fort Myers partner Robert D. Pritt, also recertified in the areas of City, County and Local Government, represents municipalities, special districts, private developers and real estate investors in the areas of local government, land use and real estate law.

In the firm’s Naples office, G. Carson McEachern and Joseph D. Zaks were recertified in the practice of Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mr. McEachern focuses his practice in the areas of estate and trust planning, probate, trust administration, family business succession planning, corporate planning, guardianships and real estate. Mr. Zaks’ legal work addresses estate planning, charitable planning, family business succession planning, probate and estate administration, and trust administration matters for clients. Cathy Reiman, whose practice focuses on matters involving business and estate disputes, was recertified in business litigation. Ms. Reiman assists businesses and individuals to resolve claims in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Stephen E. Thompson practices in the Fort Lauderdale, Naples and Orlando offices and was recertified in Real Estate law. Mr. Thompson has developed several sub-specialties within his real estate practice including counseling on formation of business entities; development of shopping centers, commercial and industrial projects, residential projects and community association formation; land acquisitions; commercial leases; and land use.
