The Akron Beacon Journal quotes Partner, Karen Adinolfi

Partner, Karen Adinolfi, respresents Metro Regional Transit Authority in suspension of Executive Director Richard Enty.

From the article:

"The vote came after law firm Roetzel & Andress, which represents the bus company, presented its findings from an investigation requested by the board. Attorney Karen Adinolfi said she presented only a verbal report in executive session and no documents were presented to the board.

The Beacon Journal requested a copy of the reprimand, but Adinolfi said Friday that it hadn’t been written yet."
