Ashley G. LaRock

Ashley’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, primarily for companies in the construction industry. Ashley is a member of the Construction Law practice group which has been recognized by US News & World Report as one of the best law firms nationally and regionally for construction and construction litigation. Ashley represents clients bringing or defending against contractual dispute claims and claims based in tort or fraud, including professional negligence. She has experience in traditional litigation, private and court mandated mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. Ashley also represents companies and individuals in all types of civil litigation including payment claims, contract disputes, and tort actions.

• Represents companies and individuals in commercial breach of contract, payment claims, and tort actions
