Overview

Ms. Grady focuses her practice on environmental, zoning and land use, administrative, governmental relations, and real estate matters. Her practice includes water resource matters, growth management issues, permitting issues, historic preservation designation, and land development code amendments. Her clients have included marinas, developers of master planned communities, utilities, and local governments. She has represented her clients before administrative hearing officers, county commissions, and city councils.

Ms. Grady is the Editor-in-Chief of Res Gestae, a publication by Lee County Bar Association (LCBA), and a Board Member of LCBA’s Foundation Formation Committee. In addition, she was LCBA’s 2015 recipient of the President's Award for Excellence in Journalism. Ms. Grady is a rated as an AV® Preeminent™ attorney from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating that an attorney can receive from other attorneys and judges, noted as the highest level of professional excellence, both in legal ethics as well as legal ability.
