Mr. Sizemore represents commercial drivers, motor carriers, and insurers in the transportation industry. He defends personal injury, wrongful death, and cargo claims, and he evaluates and litigates casualty and cargo insurance coverage disputes. Multiple insurers ask Mr. Sizemore to consult on liability and coverage issues across the country. In addition to his transportation practice, Mr. Sizemore represents companies in arbitration proceedings involving disputes over vehicle service agreements.

As a member of Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team, Mr. Sizemore is experienced in the coordination of the early response and investigation of accidents of varying size and severity across multiple jurisdictions. He works a case from the rapid response call until the case is complete—whether that occurs in mediation, with summary judgment, a verdict, or on appeal.

Mr. Sizemore is also proactive in analyzing and anticipating a client’s needs, regularly communicating with clients on updates and changes in the law that may affect their business. Before attending law school, Mr. Sizemore worked as an insurance adjuster for Westfield Insurance Company and Grange Mutual Casualty Company, giving him an inside perspective on the work of adjusters as they resolve accident and injury-related claims.
