Overview

Ehren focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, which among other things includes corporate and contractual disputes, real estate litigation, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, ADA litigation, and trust, probate, and guardianship litigation. He routinely represents individuals, businesses of all sizes, trustees, personal representatives, guardians, and agents under durable powers of attorney and health care surrogate designations. Prior to joining Roetzel & Andress, Ehren specialized in insurance coverage litigation.

Experience
  • Obtained final judgment awarding a client's business three times its actual damages, as well as its attorneys’ fees, for a defendant’s willful breach of the parties’ contract
  • Obtained a final judgment against a contractor for performing defective work at a client’s residence
  • Recovered damages, including attorneys’ fees, for a client after a defendant breached the parties’ promissory note
  • Successfully instituted and prosecuted various businesses disputes
  • Successfully removed an individual trustee for misappropriation of trust assets
  • Successfully represented a condominium association in a matter involving a homeowner
  • Represented a trust and estate in an action to invalidate a deed that was allegedly procured through forgery or undue influence
  • Represented a business in Federal Court in its claims for trademark and copyright infringement
