Ms. Salzman’s experience in civil litigation has taken her to over 50 counties in Kentucky and Ohio where she has defended a litany of cases, ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters to commercial trucking, products liability, employment, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice cases.

Ms. Salzman has successfully handled dispositive issues, discovery matters, summary judgment, and evidentiary disputes in administrative proceedings and before state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio.

She has served as first-chair during trial, taken extensive discovery and evidentiary depositions, and handled numerous mediations. Her practice has also taken her to the appellate level where she has filed successful briefs with the Kentucky Supreme Court. Ms. Salzman is dedicated to advocating passionately for her clients to achieve the most beneficial resolution possible.
