Overview
Lauren focuses her practice on employment law and business litigation. She represents and counsels numerous companies on employment-related issues, including non-compete agreements, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination claims. Lauren is well-versed in each stage of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, reviewing and analyzing both client and opposing party documents, and preparing complex motions.
She welcomes the variety of issues she handles and enjoys diving into the details. Whether it’s researching, drafting, filing, or communicating directly with her clients, Lauren looks to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She also is a CASA (Court Appointed Legal Advocate) in Lucas County, advocating on behalf of the children in the system as their parents work toward completing their case plan goals.
