Lisa focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, trust administration, and Florida domicile planning. Her clients include many national banks and other corporate fiduciaries requiring representation in matters involving estates and trusts. She also assists individual clients with all aspects of estate planning and family wealth transfers. She is experienced in the preparation of wills, the preparation and funding of revocable trusts, trusts for minors, and irrevocable life insurance trusts, powers of attorney and other ancillary estate planning documents. She drafts federal estate tax returns and estate planning documents for high net-worth clients and regularly handles the probate of highly complicated estates.
