Overview

Ms. Frantz focuses her practice on labor and employment law.  She provides guidance to management in navigating complex and ever-changing employment laws and regulations to minimize the potential for employment-related litigation.  Ms. Frantz counsels large and small employers on issues relating to personnel and operating policies, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, discipline and discharge, disability accommodation, and medical leave. She also represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, work-related tort claims, wage and hour laws, non-competition, trade secrets, and labor relations matters.

Ms. Frantz has experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, oral argument, and trial preparation. With a background in general liability defense, she has successfully defended clients in all types of litigation in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, construction, communications, finance, healthcare, transportation, and insurance. Ms. Frantz draws on this experience to best understand and accomplish her clients’ unique business goals.
