Overview
Mr. Adair is an associate in Roetzel’s Product and Transportation group. He focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on general liability defense and transportation litigation. As a part of his broad litigation practice, Mr. Adair has assisted clients on a wide array of matters and legal issues, including premises liability, a broad range of retail defense matters, motor vehicle casualty, wrongful death, products liability, insurance subrogation claims, as well as regulatory and compliance issues. His experience includes all aspects of managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, document review, complex legal research, and trial preparation.
Mr. Adair is proactive in analyzing a client’s needs and realizes that an open and fluid line of communication to the client is a necessity in today’s legal market and is required to provide top-notch legal services.
In addition, as a member of Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team, he is prepared to coordinate the investigation and early response to accidents of varying size and severity.
