R. Scot Harvey

Scot has spent his 30-plus year legal career litigating cases representing corporate clients in employment litigation and business/commercial litigation. Much of Scot's practice is geared toward helping clients avoid costly litigation by providing day-to-day counseling to them on workplace and business disputes that often arise. Scot's vigorous pre-litigation efforts often result in cost-effective resolutions for his clients that prevent litigation from occurring. Unfortunately, lawsuits sometimes happen, and when they do, Scot is ready to zealously protect his client's interests, using his years of experience to guide them through all stages of the litigation process toward a favorable outcome.
