Overview
Sameer focuses his practice on the representation of planned communities including condominiums, homeowners' associations, country clubs, hotels, mixed-use and industrial condominiums, and continuing care retirement communities. He assists community associations in all aspects of their day-to-day operations including compliance with federal law, including the Fair Housing Act, and Florida statutes and regulations. He has extensive experience in litigation, particularly mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, and has served as trial counsel through several trials with highly positive results for his clients.
Prior to joining Roetzel, Sameer served as a litigation attorney dealing with homeowner and condominium property insurance disputes, and personal injury claims. Sameer is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida.

- Obtained a full jury verdict in favor of his client in Lee County in a civil action related to a Hurricane Irma claim
- Sucessfully sought a mistrial in favor of his client in Lee County during a multi-day trial
- Multiple full arbitration awards issued in favor of his clients
